APPCNC reserves the right to cancel a training or event if we do not reach the minimum number of participants to make the event viable by the registration closing date. In the event that we cancel a training, we will notify you using the email you used during registration and refund your full registration amount using the same method you used for payment.
A participant may withdraw from a training and receive a full refund by contacting APPCNC as long as registration for the training is still open. (Generally, training registration closes 3-5 days prior to the event.) If a training participant withdraws after the registration period closes, no refund can be issued.
Pricing for training events is calculated based on the costs to develop a training, food, and supplies. We work hard to keep training costs low. The registration price for students is 30% of the full price of training. Student pricing may not be available for all trainings, and the student discount does not apply to curriculum supplies.
APPCNC Board members may request free attendance of a training if space is available after registration has closed. However, Board members must register at full cost to reserve a training spot. Preference will be given to paying attendees.
