SHIFT NC offers equal opportunity to and prohibits the discrimination against or harassment of anyone based on race, color, creed, religion, national origin, political affiliation, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, handicapping condition, or other reasons prohibited by law. This nondiscrimination and opportunity policy extends to employment, membership, board service and leadership, volunteerism, and participation in any of the organizations programs or services.
We greatly value the work of the interns who make SHIFT NC a part of their academic experience! Generally, we work with students pursuing graduate degrees in Public Health, Social Work, or Education, and often work with older students returning to school after other experiences. We also collaborate with master's and doctoral candidates on their ongoing research. We do not always have all specific internship opportunities listed here. If you have questions or want to explore a specific interest, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
